We are sorry for the inconvenience, but Dufry reserves the right to refuse bills which exhibit any type of damage (scratches, tears, stains, etc.) as these present no liquidity in the national exchange market.

We suggest that customers attempt to exchange these bills at the exchange booths which are usually located in the customs area and then return to our store to conclude the transaction, or otherwise use another payment form.
