Returning non-defective products:
In order that we can exchange the product, please contact one of our service channels and speak with one of our customer service operators to place a request.
Please take note of the following:
- The return can only be made if the product is unused, and only exchangeable for a same category item of equal or inferior value.
- Response time is of 5 business days, by email, to report the return procedures (location, date and required documents).
Important:
Our stores are located in free customs areas. Because of this, the Federal Revenue does not permit direct in-store returns.
