To request your pre-order, you will need to provide the following information:
- The passenger's full name;
- Number of the document that will be used for the trip (passport/identity card - Mercosul travel);
- Airport at which the pre-order will be redeemed;
- Name of the airline;
- Date on which the pre-order will be redeemed;
- Phone number;
- Email address for receiving pre-order product confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE!
Types of travel documents accepted at Duty Free Dufry Brazil:
- Passport;
- ID card, for Mercosul tourists only;
- Air operators certificate, for crew members in uniform only;
- Laissez-passer;
- National title;
- Re-entry permit;
- Safe conduct or seafarer’s book.
