The pre-order must be made using the account of the person who will effectively claim the pre-order, in other words, only by the passenger.
In case the pre-order is made for an external entity, you should use that entity’s account.
i.e.: You can make the pre-order for your son or for your father, as long as you access the website using their respective credentials.
