Pre-orders can be requested with a maximum notice of 35 business days and minimum notice of 24 hours prior to expiry of the store pre-order. Please verify the conditions below:
- Via the Duty Free Dufry Brazil website: maximum notice of 35 business days and minimum notice of 3 business days prior to expiry of the store pre-order. Access the website, select the products that you want to pre-order, login/register and state the information regarding your trip.
- Via online support (chat): maximum notice of 35 business days and minimum notice of 24 hours prior to expiry of the store pre-order. Simply request, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday (Brasilia local time) the products you are interested in and give the customer service operator information regarding your trip. The customer service operator shall proceed to make your pre-order. We do not work on Brazilian national holidays.
- At the Duty Free Dufry Brazil stores: maximum notice of 35 business days and minimum notice of 24 business days prior to expiry of the store pre-order. Place your request with our team at the store and state the information regarding your trip.

For pre-orders made with a maximum notice of 35 business days and a minimum notice of 3 business days prior to the expiry of the store pre-order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the availability of the requested products within 2 business days (excluding the day on which the pre-order was placed).
For pre-orders made with a maximum notice of 3 business days and a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the expiry of the store pre-order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the availability of the requested products within 24 hours.
For pre-orders made at the store, upon request, you will receive confirmation of the availability of the requested products.
