Any change in your pre-order request should be made via online support (chat service) with at least 3 business days’ notice prior to the date of claiming the pre-order at the store (excluding the day on which the request is being made).
- After making your changes, your pre-order request is subject to a new confirmation regarding stock availability and prices.
- A new email confirming availability of the requested products will be sent to you within 2 business days (excluding the day on which the changes were requested).
