To claim the pre-ordered products, inform our store team or at the pre-order pick-up point that you have a pre-order.
After pre-ordering, simply show your boarding pass and travel document relative to that pre-order.
- The pre-order will be available at the store 24 hours prior to the date of claim and will maintained for up to 24 hours after that.
- Pre-orders of perishable goods may be canceled in light of their expiry date.
- In the event of a change in terminal, we unfortunately might not guarantee your pre-order.
- If applicable, check with your airline where the customs procedure will take place.
