Via online chat: You can place your order between 35 days and 2 hours before your flight (exclusive for airports GRU and GIG. For other airports, the minimum period is 24 hours). Your order will be ready for collection 2 hours before the date and time of collection. Simply request, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Monday through Saturday (Brasilia local time), the products you are interested in and give the Customer Service operators information regarding your trip. The Customer Service operators shall proceed to make your pre-order. We do not work on Brazilian national holidays.

For pre-orders made with a maximum notice of 35 days and minimum notice of 3 business days before the date on which the pre-order is to be picked up in store, you will receive an e-mail within 2 working days (not counting the day on which the reservation was requested) confirming whether the requested products are available or not.
For pre-orders made with a maximum notice of 3 business days and minimum notice of 24 hours before the date on which the pre-order is to be picked up in store, you will receive an e-mail confirming the availability of the requested products within 24 hours.
For pre-orders made up to 2 hours in advance, the products availability will be sent as soon as possible.
For pre-orders made in-store, upon request, you will receive confirmation of the availability of the requested products.
